Contact details and the CV are only shared once you move forward with Interfell in a hiring process.
It depends on seniority and stack. The public reference is Interfell's Latin America salary guide; the total cost adds Interfell's fee. The professional works as an independent contractor: Interfell signs the contract, pays and manages them, so you don't need to open an entity in Panama. Interfell is not an employer of record (EOR).
