Describe the profile in your own words. The search queries the network live and ranks candidates by match.
Every profile has a public card with an intro video, skills and experience.
Interfell coordinates interviews and runs the technical assessment before submitting any candidate.
Interfell contracts, pays and manages the professional as an independent contractor in Mexico, without setting up a local entity.
Right now there are 712+ project managers and scrum masters in Mexico in the network, and 218+ have a public SPK profile with an intro video. The list is refreshed every week with profiles from the Simera network, the same one the Interfell search queries live.
Not to search or to see this list: that’s open, no sign-up. To open a profile’s SPK with video and request an interview you create a free account with your work email: you get a 6-digit code, no password. Contact details and the CV are only shared once you move forward with Interfell in a hiring process.
It depends on seniority and stack. The public reference is Interfell's Latin America salary guide; the total cost adds Interfell's fee. The professional works as an independent contractor: Interfell signs the contract, pays and manages them, so you don't need to open an entity in Mexico. Interfell is not an employer of record (EOR).
Mexico is at UTC-6 (one hour behind New York), so the overlap with US teams is a full working day or close to it; with Spain there is schedule compatibility, with a shared working window.
Every profile here has an SPK: a public card with an intro video recorded by the person, declared skills and experience. No video, no listing. On top of that, Interfell runs its own technical evaluation before presenting anyone to a client.
Interfell handles recruiting, technical evaluation, contracting and payroll across Latin America. You pick the person; we make working with them legal, simple and fast.
