Hi, my name is Manuel Barreto. I have around three and a half years of experience in claims operations, data entry, and quality assurance. I started my career as a Senior Claims Administrator, where I learned the claims process and developed strong attention to detail. Then, I worked as a Data Entry Specialist, processing more than 120 files per day while maintaining high accuracy. I was also recognized as Employee of the Month several times because of my performance. Currently, I work as a Claims QA Specialist. My main responsibilities include reviewing claim files, identifying errors, validating information, and making sure everything follows the required procedures and quality standards. I also work with different systems and spreadsheets to track and report quality results. Additionally, I have trained more than 18 team members and participated in improving SOPs and processes, including supporting teams in India. Thank you!
